We took this rather run down, icey-cold and barely used conservatory at the rear of a property in Jesmond and transformed it to the next level; converting it into a much more practical living space. With a replacement warm room and high-tech WarmCore aluminium double-glazed windows and door it is now as thermally efficient as the rest of the home and therefore feels like a genuine part of the main living area of the house rather than ‘summer-only’ garden space.
